Grape Variety : Riesling

This wine comes from the vineyard of Avolsheim. The plot is almost one hectare in size with Southern exposure. The soil is light and stony limestone loam. It produces a typical expressive Riesling, even as a young wine. It has an elegant bouquet of flowers and citrus fruit. The palate is well balanced and subtle, supported by fine acidity.
