MuscatAOC ALSACE

Grape Variety : Muscat

This cuvee combines the Muscat Ottonel from Ergersheim and a selection of low yield small-grain Muscat on the hillside of Avolsheim. The grapes are macerated for a night on the winepress to provide the juice with all their aromatic flavour.

The wine displays a fine fruity musk bouquet, with an underlying floral note. The attack is round on the palate but ends with a sense of pleasant freshness.

Food and wine pairing : Apéritif, asparagus, light starters.
