Grape Variety : 45% Pinot Gris - 55% Riesling
The Noé vineyards, located at a place called Diewert, in the town of Avolsheim, was, until now, used to produce a mellow Pinot Gris. Now, grapes from this spot, and from the neighbouring land planted with Riesling, ferment together in the same tank. Aged on lies until springtime, and drawn on lees (not filtered), it nonetheless remains nice and clear. No added sulphites.
There are floral and lemony aromas, along with frank, nutty notes. This wine is very present and persistent in the mouth. A fine, gastronomical wine.
Food and wine pairing : fish, white meats and many cheeses. Great with so many foods!"
Alcoholic content : 14%
