This wine grows on the loamy limestone soils of the East of the vineyard of Wolxheim, which predominantly produces this cuvee. The maceration time is limited to eight days for a flexible and fruity Pinot Noir.
Very pleasant and dashing, the wine combines notes of red fruit, predominantly cherries, with flexible and discrete tannins. A huge vintage success.
Food and wine pairing : Starters, salads, cold meats, grilled meats. It is served with a broad range of dishes, when a light red wine is called for.
