This wine is grown on a combination of three soils, the clays of Bergbieten, the silts of the East of the vineyard of Wolxheim and the hillside of Avolsheim.
This happy marriage yields a full wine with a buttery flavour and long on the palate, with aromas of ripe fruit and an elegant smoky touch.
